Thanks for shopping with metalhousesign.com. We hope you enjoy your purchase! But if you are not satisfied, for any reason, we will happily accept a return for a full refund. Please refer to the information below for details about our return policy.

Return Policy Details

All returns must be requested within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Returns & Cancellations for Custom/Personalized Items

Due to the nature of customized items:

We cannot accept cancellation, refund, or exchange requests after processing your order. We start preparing materials and producing them as soon as your order is confirmed.

Return Process

How to return an item?

Contact Us: E-mail our customer service at support@mentalhousesign.com  to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Mail the Return: 

For your return, send the item to the following: address with your RMA number.

Important Notes:

Customers are responsible for their return shipping.

We prefer that you use a tracking shipping method.

Refunds

In three (3) working days after receiving and verifying your returned item, your refund will be processed, your credit card company will take 1-2 billing cycles to credit that refund on your statement. 

We will send you an e-mail when your return has been processed.

Personalized Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us to make arrangements for a refund or exchange.

What we need to make a replacement order or refund:

1. Share (RMA) Number

2. Send us an image of the wrong/ damaged item.

3. Kindly confirm how you would like to proceed with your order for a refund or replacement.
